At NLP Garbha Sanskaar by Dr. Amruta Shingavi (“we,” “our,” “us”), all sales are final. However, in certain cases, we may offer refunds or compensation at our sole discretion.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or compensation may be considered in the following situations:

  • Defective Products: If the product received is defective or damaged.
  • Unsatisfied Customers: In rare cases, if a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, we may offer a refund, but this is entirely at our discretion.

We are not obligated to provide refunds, and we reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


2. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 30 days, but our goal is to process it as soon as possible.
  • Customers must submit refund requests via the Contact Us page on our website through email.
  • The following information must be provided when requesting a refund:
    • Order details (Order ID, Invoice Number, or Payment Proof)
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Suggestions on how we can improve

3. Non-Refundable Products & Services

The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital Products: Including e-books, courses, and downloadable content.
  • Consultations, Sessions, or Workshops: Once booked and paid for, these services are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, but in unavoidable situations, the processing time may be longer. However, we will make every effort to complete the refund as quickly as possible.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchanges are not allowed, except in rare cases at our discretion.
  • Replacements may be offered for defective products, but we reserve the right to decline a replacement request.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Once payment is made, the order is final, and cancellations are not allowed.
  • Customers may cancel their order before making a payment.
